I purchased my home which had a wood-burning insert from the 1970’s that was not compliant with code. I was provided information on the risk of fire, had the unit removed and chimney inspected. Had great photos of the deteriorated mortar and was shown how the water was leaking into the chimney. Set up a restoration where the old mortar was repaired, drip cap built and whole chimney water proofed. The service was excellent and great communication on when the team would be there, how long it would take. They covered the floor and didn’t get dirt in the house. Service was better than I expected and they double checked the mortar work and fixed any issues that occurred as it dried overnight.
Colton was the nicest young man that I’ve met in a long time. He was polite, friendly, professional & made sure everything was cleaned up. I would recommend both your company & him to anyone needing your services. Thank you!
Matt and Billy did a great job of not only re-doing my direct vent fireplace insulation, but also keeping me in the loop with what the current state of my fireplace was in. They answered my questions I had before work began, and were able to help solve some other related issues with the fireplace.
